Thanks for another great show. The SMS service really cleared up some questions I had about this type of service for branding purposes. I'm now really keen to use something like this for improving my brand's service level.
I always thought that the SMS thing was just for competitions like Idol, etc. Quite useful ideas on how to use it for branding.
